Miyazaki University was founded in 1949 based up on the merger of Miyazaki Advanced Agriculture and Forestry School, Miyazaki Prefectural Normal School for Primary Education, and the Miyazaki Prefectural Advanced Technical School. Miyazaki Medical College was founded in 1974. Miyazaki University and Miyazaki Medical College, then, merged to form University of Miyazaki in October 2003. Currently UOM has four faculties; Education and Culture, Medicine, Engineering, and Agriculture. In April 2004, UOM gained National University Corporation status

Eligibility: In the case of undergraduate student, we expect over 2nd year student.
Language Requirement:No need, but the classes will be held in Japanese.

On – Campus: All of exchange students are supposed to live in on-campus housing.
Off- Campus: Available.
We will apply for the students’ certificate of eligibility.
Scholarships for studying in Japan include the Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho:MEXT) Scholarship as well as scholarships for privately-financed international students.
